"We engaged the services of Sibeal O'Sullivan as architect to carry out renovations on our three storey terraced Victorian period house in 2009/2010. Sibeal completely redesigned the top floor, which is comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Her brief was to alter the space, maximise storage and to identify and improve the heat loss. Sibeal patiently listened to our requirements and managed to advise us in a realistic manner, while being sympathetic to the original structure and features of the house. Her attention to detail was impressive, for example, she persuaded us to reinstate the ceiling cornicing. This has considerably improved the overall impact of the rooms.

Sibeal engaged the services of the builder, engineer and painter on our behalf.We were extremely happy with all, especially the professionalism of the builder. All the joinery (bed headboard, wardrobes and cupboards) was bespoke design by Sibeal. The experienced joiner was very impressed by her accurate and carefully planned drawings.

One of the reasons that a friend had recommended Sibeal to us was that she is not only an architect, but also an extremely talented interior designer. She was able to advise on paint colours and floor finishes throughout almost the entire house. This was a welcome bonus for us, as we had always struggled with these decisionsin the past.
